There’s simply no reason for you to miss out on the life-changing benefits of our Rock Steady Boxing program. If you can’t get to the gym, don’t worry! Our certified Head Coaches will bring our scientifically proven Parkinson’s fighting method to you with the same enthusiasm, encouragement and expertise we provide in the gym.

Our goal is always to get you strong and confident enough to participate in our group classes. In the gym, you’ll make friends and build bonds with wonderful people facing similar challenges as you, fighting back, and getting control over their lives.

Did you know we have easy-to-learn methods to help you move easily from sitting to standing? We will train you at home, or privately in one of our gyms to overcome the obstacles presented by a Parkinson’s diagnosis. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, or have been living with Parkinson’s for years, we guarantee you will become stronger, healthier, happy and more hopeful with each session.

In training, you will learn to walk with confidence, achieve better balance, fall prevention, and voice control, to name just a few areas of focus. Have you noticed you’re sleeping more during the day, and less at night? We can help with that, too!

Oh! And, don’t forget the BOXING! Yes, even at home, you will learn most effective exercise for fighting Parkinson’s symptoms: BOXING!
